Leave it to Google to create yet another great thing. This is just what I have been looking for. I find it hard to keep track of posts that I have read and this looks like the answers to my problem.

@Debra: Definitely, I’ve had a hard time trying to integrate RSS into FireFox, but it turned out the solution was easier than I thought it would be.

Thanks for posting this one- I've been looking for a good solution to keeping myself up to date for a few days but wasn't finding anything I liked. Being notified as they update sure beats signing into Reader once a month and seeing how many have piled up! Debra’s latest post: Facebook Revises TOS After Outrage.
