Of course the students SHOULD get the money; but then since when does anything in this world go as it SHOULD go?

I need help… I need to know some expert opinions on should students be rewarded for having good test scores. I also need Statistics too.

Down here in Elizabeth City, North Carolina that situation is reversed! Teacher’s get money for student’s high test scores! This to me is straight up wornd because if I’m making high scores on my Standardrize test why is one of my teacld get the money or the school use the money for education purposes!

that would be some incentive. where was this when i was in school?!
